Waist to hip ratio is measured by taking a measurement of the waste and is compared to the measurement of the hip of the body. Unlike the BMI waist to hip ratio doesn’t have any equation. If and the ratio is high then there is a high risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and premature death.
